Sales Manager 

An outstanding National company is looking for Sales Manager to manage 8-10 outside sales representatives and  to develop a team. Should be able to produce $250K to $500K in sales a month. Book open and close each month. Monthly budget. Foremost must be a Team builder, and be able to train and develop a team. Must be able to maintain numbers. Must have experience in leading a team of outside sales representatives. Must possess leadership qualities to produce results and commercial sales experience. Profile aggressive and high energy. Require suit and tie everyday. Need someone to call on C-level executives.

Salary range $50K- $55K base with full benefits major medical, dental, vision and 401K in 90days also profit sharing and monthly sales bonus of approximately $1500 a month..  Will also have gas card, cell phone and car allowance of $300 a month. Total compensation is $65K-85K. 

Company is a national leader is sales of  chemicals and insecticides. They provide inspections and evaluations.  The mission of this company is to identify the problem, assist in choosing a solution, arranging for services, and staying informed about their customers. They have a Customer Care Center of Integrity.
