Petroleum Engineering
Twenty-nine year old, Houston-based consulting firm is seeking Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with between five and 10 years experience in a consultant engineering firm. Preference will be given to applicants with a current Texas Professional Engineering License or the EIT certification (minimally on path toward registration). Primary areas of expertise required include knowledge of piping, pumps, tanks, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, etc. Familiarity with related areas such as process, controls, instrumentation, etc. is a plus. Project load will include chemical manufacturing, process plants and other industrial facilities. Knowledge of process related software (pipe stress – Caesar, pipe flow, etc.), AUTOCAD and 3D Cadworx is helpful.
